Currently there are only 2 mapping functions coded.  You can select the object first and the select the following 2 of the 3 buttons.

To change the way the plane mapping is applied you can also lock 2 of the axe's so the mapping is done differently.

If you enter vertex edit mode you can also manually enter in uv data
